ETP Property Consultants is the new trading name of ET Parker Chartered Surveyors. Having been originally established in 1878, the firm has been rebranded to reflect its position in the market as a leading independent commercial property consultancy covering the South West and South Wales.

Now having offices in Bristol and Newport it places ETP in a strong position in the Severnside area.

ETP Property Consultants provide a range of services and advice to clients on all aspects of commercial property (sales and acquisition), commercial/residential planning & development, and commercial investment property. ETP specialise in valuation, providing advice and reports, particularly for secured lending purposes, to all the major clearing banks and other specialist lenders.

Our Agency Department deals with a range of property for sale which includes both freehold and leasehold property for owner occupation, investment property and property for development.
