ETP provide a full property development service, from initial site finding, appraisal, funding, acquisition and obtaining planning permission. By providing commercial advice we are able to maximise site values and provide the right product for the client.
Acting for owner occupiers, investors and property companies, we can acquire sites, develop, and either sell, or let to create investment opportunities for onward sale.

ETP have sites for sale, both with and without planning consent, on a regular basis for residential, office and industrial development.
For residential developers we also offer a ‘sell off plan’ service particularly for flat developments, which can assist with bank funding and reducing risk.
