ETP have retained ADAPT Properties to act as strategic consultants to lenders on a property by property basis providing specific asset and development management strategies and alternative funding structures, implementing such strategies or structures where required.

The Consultants have extensive direct practical experience, with a combined client side track record of 30 years in the development, investment, finance and asset management arenas. This experience enables them to provide a unique client side perspective and deliverable strategies.

The approach is collaborative and tailored to the specific requirements of the project, working with the client to arrive at the optimum solution and will typically include:-

- initial client meeting to gain a thorough understanding of the lender’s exposure and to agree a scope of work
- a site inspection and thorough analysis of the current status of the project and asset characteristics including debt structure
- meetings with the borrower and the respective professional team together with tenants and occupiers and where relevant meetings with the appropriate Local Planning Authority
- the preparation and production of a concise report with clear strategic recommendations
- a post report meeting with the client to present the recommendations and discuss the implementation of the proposed strategy
