ETP act as strategic consultants to lenders, property owners and occupiers on a property by property basis providing specific asset and development management strategies and alternative funding structures, implementing such strategies or structures where required.

- meetings with the client and the respective professional team together with tenants and occupiers and where relevant meetings with the appropriate Local Planning Authority
- the preparation and production of a concise report with clear strategic recommendations
- a post report meeting with the client to present the recommendations and discuss the implementation of the proposed strategy
