	JULIAN BLADEN BSc (Hons) MRICS, PARTNER Julian has been with ETP since 1997, having previously worked in the public sector and for a national firm of Chartered Surveyors. 	HUGH MURRAY MRICS, PARTNER Hugh rejoined ETP in 2007 as a senior surveyor, having worked for the practice at the beginning of his career. Having been involved in commercial property in the South West and South Wales area over the last 20 years, Hugh primarily undertakes secured lending valuations for banks, specialist property lenders and building societies across the Severnside area. 	JON BOOTH BSc FRICS, CONSULTANT Jon joined ETP in 1981, having previously worked for the Valuation Office and Bristol City Council. 	MATT HUNTER BSc (Hons) MRICS, ASSOCIATE Matt joined ETP in 2005 as a Graduate Surveyor. Matt commenced work in the agency department, and now works alongside Julian Bladen dealing with valuation and property development. matthunter@ETPproperty.co.uk
	WILL NELL BSc MRICS, ASSOCIATE Will brings 16 years experience to ETP's Agency Department, having started out with a PLC, he moved to a national firm of Chartered Surveyors before moving to a regional property consultancy based in the South West.
