	JULIAN BLADEN BSc (Hons) MRICS, PARTNER Julian has been with ETP since 1997, having previously worked in the public sector and for a national firm of Chartered Surveyors. 	MATTHEW HUNTER BSc (Hons) MRICS, ASSOCIATE Matthew commenced work at ETP in 2005 working in the agency department and now specialises in valuation and property development.  As a registered RICS valuer, Matthew carries out secured lending valuations on a wide range of commercial and residential properties for all of the major banks.  He also acts for a number of clients in acquiring and selling development sites in the south west and south Wales.  With a broad range of skills Matthew also heads up the rating department and has been successful in obtaining substantial reductions in high profile cases. 	EDWARD LE MASURIER BSc (Hons) MRICS, SENIOR SURVEYOR Ed studied Land Management at Reading University before joining a Plc to train as a Chartered Surveyor.
