	JULIAN BLADEN BSc (Hons) MRICS, PARTNER Julian has been with ETP since 1997, having previously worked in the public sector and for a national firm of Chartered Surveyors. 	JON BOOTH BSc FRICS, PARTNER Jon joined ETP in 1981, having previously worked for the Valuation Office and Bristol City Council. Jon specialises in commercial property sales and acquisition throughout the South West and provides a range of professional advice to clients. jonbooth@ETPproperty.co.uk
	HUGH MURRAY MRICS, SENIOR SURVEYOR Hugh rejoined ETP in 2007 as a senior surveyor, having worked for the practice at the beginning of his career. Having been involved in commercial property in the South West and South Wales area over the last 20 years, Hugh primarily undertakes secured lending valuations for banks, specialist property lenders and building societies across the Severnside area.
