  • Freehold retail property in South Wales – specifically located in Chepstow, Newport and Cardiff.
  • Leasehold or freehold industrial property in North or East Bristol – between 3000 – 5000 sq ft in size.
  • Freehold industrial property in South East Wales – specifically located in Chepstow, Newport, and Cardiff.
  • Freehold industrial property in the South West, including Bristol, Gloucestershire and Somerset – up to 100,000 sq ft in size.
  • Freehold or long leasehold older industrial sites – including individual buildings and estates between £1m – £10m.
  • Offices or industrial property as an investment for a private pension fund – lot size from £1m to £2m.
  • Offices, retail or industrial properties as an investment for a company pension fund – lot size from £1m to £5m.
