We fully support flexible working, and are able to be fully operational when working remotely. We understand the importance of relationships, which is why our Clients have a key point of contact at a senior level for each instruction.
Ed has spent 10 years at ETP, and knows the business inside out. In this time, his passion has been to provide our Clients with a personal service, a professional attitude, and pragmatic advice across a range of disciplines. He has built long standing relationships with Clients and other professionals within the market, and thrives on the variety of the work in which we are involved.
Ed studied Land Management at the University of Reading, and trained towards becoming a Chartered Surveyor with DTZ. He qualified in 2008, and is an RICS Registered Valuer.
Away from the office, Ed loves getting out and about with his wife and his two young children. Whether this is on family bike rides, days out, or walks around Bristol, he is happiest out in the fresh air.
He also has a passion for most things on two or four wheels. Interested in cars for as long as he can remember, he follows a wide range of motorsports and his son is following in his footsteps! He is also a keen cyclist, and takes part in a number of sportives every year.“My ambitions in the next few years include driving the North Coast 500, competing in some local Cyclocross races, and taking my family to some new and exciting destinations on holiday.”
Alastair originally started his career at ETP in 2009 before qualifying with a national practice and then working with one the market leaders, Jones Lang La Salle. He returned to ETP in 2018 and joined as a Partner bringing with him a wealth of experience.
Alastair leads on development consultancy having worked with national and regional developers, helping them secure funding and providing development consultancy, including secured lending valuations, agency, strategic land assembly and viability negotiations. In addition, he has extensive commercial valuation experience having valued secondary retails assets to £100m+ investments and everything in between. He also has experience in the PBSA sector, retirement living and supported housing roles.
Furthermore, Alastair is also an experienced negotiator and advisor on Landlord and Tenant issues. He has utilised his Lease Advisory specialism to help a range of owners and occupiers from sport facility providers to large industrial operators with complex long leasehold rent reviews.
Outside of the office, Alastair is happiest being active, be that long walks with his family and dog (Heidi, a Goldendoodle) or taking part in endurance events. Alastair, a keen cyclist, has completed a number of long-distance bike rides from Bristol to Edinburgh, Dublin and Paris (twice) raising money with fellow cyclists for a number of charities. He has also run two 56 mile ultra marathons and hopes to do more.
When not on his bike or running, Alastair is often found doing DIY around the house or planning the next overseas adventure. He has also put his expertise in to practise, converting a number of properties and most recently building a stunning mews house in Cotham.

Nick joined ETP in 2020 having gained a wealth of experience in a career spanning over 15 years in providing all aspects of Project & Building Consultancy advice since becoming qualified at Lambert Smith Hampton, and then latterly in working as a Director at Colliers International.
Nick is responsible for delivering the full range of building surveying services to both new and established private and public sector owner and occupier clients, and prides himself of the personal and empathetic service he provides to his clients to meet their objectives in a professional and proficient manner.
Nick has presided over dilapidations claims ranging from £10k to upwards of £1m, achieving many an advantageous settlement along the way. He has provided due diligence advice on highly technical acquisitions, as well as overseeing and managing high quality project work and monitoring speculative new build developments across a diverse range of property types, which include the healthcare and automotive industries as well as on more traditional properties.
When not at work, Nick loves being out in the countryside with his family and their dog, a lively Springador, on long walks, on their bikes or on the tennis court. He is certainly at his happiest at the top of one of the Lake District peaks!
Nick is also a keen runner, when family time permits, and particularly enjoys long distance mountainous and endurance events having competed in a number of ultra-marathons, even managing to finish on the podium on a couple of occasions.
“Over the next few years my aim is to take part and be competitive in more ultra-running events, but most of all it will be to enjoy spending time with my family and seeing my two young children grow and flourish.”
Following graduating from the University of the West of England (UWE) with a degree in Property Investment and Management, Amy worked for a time with a regional Estate Agent within the residential sales and lettings teams before perusing her ambition to become a Chartered Surveyor. She joined the team at ETP in 2014 and after undertaking her Assessment of Professional Competence (APC), she qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer.
Working for a general practice property surveying firm has enabled Amy to gain experience in the wide variety of professional work undertaken at ETP. While Amy specialises in Valuation for a range of different clients and purposes, she is also involved in a variety of agency and lease advisory work. It is the flexibility and variety of work which Amy enjoys most about the profession, and her role at ETP.
Amy is also a member of Women in Property and Bristol Property Agent’s Association which provides her with opportunities to expand her network and connect with peers.
The majority of Amy’s personal life is spent socialising with friends and family. Amy rarely has a quiet weekend and can usually found in of Bristol’s bars and restaurants, with Pan-Asian cuisine followed by a glass of fizz her ideal night out! She is also a keen traveller and tries to squeeze in as many city breaks as possible during the year, a most recent favourite being a trip to Barcelona.
During the week, her evenings involve trying a new spin or barre class, researching interior design trends on Pinterest and trying to perfect her macaron making skills…much to the delight of the team at ETP.
George originally graduated from Harper Adams University with a degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management, before completing a Post Graduate Certificate in Real Estate Management at the University of the West of England. George joined ETP in March 2019 and is working towards his APC.
Within ETP, George works alongside the directors to complete development, valuation and agency reports.
Living in the Forest of Dean, George enjoys being outdoors and can be found most weekends out on his bike or clay shooting. George also enjoys socialising with friends and is an active member of Westbury On Severn Young Farmers, having previously been chairman.
As an undergraduate Charlotte studied at the University of Edinburgh and obtained a degree in Cognitive Science (MA). Following this, she moved to Bristol and now works part-time at ETP. Alongside this, Charlotte is completing a masters qualification at the University of West England in Real Estate Finance and Investment (MSc). She is currently working on her dissertation which focusses on the impact and effectiveness of the new Minimum Energy Efficiency Standard (MEES) regulations in the UK.
Within ETP, Charlotte work alongside the team to complete valuation and agency tasks. Working whilst completing her masters has given Charlotte invaluable experience and has contributed greatly to her knowledge of the industry.
Outside of work Charlotte enjoys sport, travel and socialising. She has played netball from a young age and is now play for Bristol and West Netball Club as a Goal Attack. Charlotte also enjoys running, especially around the Downs with Team ETP. Lastly, catching up with friends is really important to Charlotte, rarely does she have a quiet weekend.
Holly has worked for ETP since 2014, and as Office Manager ensures the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis and providing support to all staff. Before joining the team, she worked as a PA to Directors and Partners for some of the UKs largest surveying practices.
During time away from the office, Holly enjoys long beach and country walks with her partner Paul and rescue dog, Jack Russell cross, Bobby. Her love for the outdoors and walking has encouraged her to sign up for the Cotswold Way Challenge, a 100 km trek over two days. She enjoys reading and travelling with plans to visit Croatia, Greece and explore the mountains skiing next year.
Vicky joined ETP in 2019 bringing with her over 20 years experience supporting Partners and Directors from large professional services firms in London and spent four very exciting years working and travelling overseas before returning to the UK.
Vicky enjoys being busy and organised when not spending time with her two children, Olivia and Henry; enjoys taking part in half marathons and Endurance Life races in Devon and Cornwall, running across beaches and up mountains. She also has a keen eye for property and refurbished and extended many properties.
